Shipping Information
Delivery Area
We ship to all regions across Indonesia. Delivery to remote areas (3T regions) may require additional transit time.
Couriers
We partner with JNE, TIKI, and POS Indonesia. Available courier options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days for Java and Bali, and 4–10 business days for other islands. Estimates may vary during peak periods such as national holidays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and destination city, and are displayed transparently on the checkout page before payment.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 WIB on business days will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
Track Your Order
Tracking Number
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will send the tracking number via WhatsApp to the number you provided at checkout.

You can also track your order through the Track Order page on our website using the order number received via email.
Return Policy
Return Period
Returns can be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Product Condition
Items eligible for return must be: unworn and unused, with tags still attached, in original packaging, and free from damage caused by use.
How to Request a Return
Contact our team via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the product. Our team will provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Return Shipping Cost
The cost of returning the item to us is borne by the customer, except in cases where the error was on our part (wrong item sent or manufacturing defect).
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: items purchased at sale or discounted prices, items that have been used or tried on, items with packaging or tags removed, and items damaged due to misuse.
